Design Thinking is my go-to methodology for almost all things. I always seek to first empathize with users and define the problem before ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions.

Copy Writing
To me, design and communication go hand in. And effective communication comes from creative, thoughtful copy writing. A beautiful design can only be so effective if the copy writing isn't at the same level.
